Saturdays have a different rhythm when we come together to share what we love. This time, we have designed a unique experience that combines mindful movement, the best healthy gastronomy, and the calm of craftsmanship.

We are thrilled to join forces with Nukumori Handmade in the beautiful space of Bodhi Jávea to offer you a morning designed to be enjoyed with all five senses.

Movement and energy with Barre

The day will begin with Aurora, our trusted physio – whom you already know from our hypopressives workshops – who will guide us through a Barre class. This discipline combines the best of ballet, yoga, and pilates, working on strength and posture in an elegant and conscious way.

It is the perfect way to wake up the body and fill it with energy.

A pause for flavor with the Kefi Café seal

Since there is no such thing as a perfect morning without a good breakfast, after the workout it will be time for the Kefi Café brunch. We will prepare a selection of our homemade delights and, of course, our specialty coffee, so you can recharge while sharing laughs and conversations with the rest of the community.

Because at Kefi, brunch is our favorite language for saying “take care of yourself.”

Creativity in calm: Embroidery workshop

To close the circle, we will dive into the world of threads and textures with Raquel, from Nukumori Handmade. It doesn’t matter if you have never picked up a needle; this beginner-level embroidery workshop is an invitation to patience and detail. It is pure applied mindfulness: creating something beautiful with your own hands while time seems to stand still.
